The Toyota Prius is one of the most incredible vehicles available in the market, although it has only 95 horsepower, doesn’t mean it is bad. The fuel efficiency of the Prius is absolutely breathtaking once you look at it. They are in the 50s and it is actually helpful as it requires less money to be spent in fuel. It even has an electric motor for certain timings, and it is sold at a good price point as well, especially for that efficiency.
When the Toyota Prius was created in the early 2000s, it was one of the most efficient vehicles ever available in the market. It also is Toyota's very first hybrid car available. The Prius is supposed to be a car where you are paying a decent price but are also getting a good amount of fuel efficiency. There also used to be the Prius Plug-In Hybrid, which you could charge for an extra mileage, which is now renamed the Prius Prime. The Prius was actually Toyota’s first hybrid vehicle, but then later, they created the Camry Hybrid, Highlander Hybrid, and even later the Avalon Hybrid and RAV4 Hybrid. As all of these Hybrids have added efficiency from those hybrid engines, the Prius was still able to beat it. The new Prius looks outstanding as well.
I do have some good feedback about the Prius, but also have concerns. Based on my experience on the hour I had the vehicle for review, it was good because of course the seats are comfortable and the operating costs are low due to low maintenance costs and running costs. The ride comfort and capabilities are also really good for this type of car. The suspension is even really nice and smooth. My major concern for this type of car is where the safety kicks in. I have read many places where the Prius has low safety ratings, and I have seen when serious accidents happen with the Prius, it looks worse than others. So be cautious in that area. Safety should be highly important for a car.
